The customer actively checks the box and selects Submit SMS Consent. The page then displays a clear Submission complete confirmation. Only customers who actively check the box are opted in to receive service-related SMS messages. Messages are limited to appointment confirmations and reminders, repair updates, estimate approvals, invoices, payment notifications, and other customer care communications. Customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
