Is there a permanent free plan?

No. New shops receive a 7-day trial of the complete WrenchDay platform instead of a reduced free tier.

What happens when I use the monthly allowance?

Service continues with simple usage-based rates unless you disable overages. A default $50 monthly spending limit protects every shop.

Will WrenchDay stop important customer communication?

Inbound calls, customer replies, payment receipts, appointment confirmations, and other critical transactional messages continue even when the spending limit is reached. Nonessential outbound communication pauses.

How does Usage Boost work?

When the same usage would cost more as overages, WrenchDay automatically applies a $49 Usage Boost as the lower-cost option.

Are payment-processing fees included?

No. Stripe processing and any applicable WrenchDay platform transaction fee are separate from the monthly subscription. The checkout and payment terms show the applicable details.
